The Trent Tripartite hosted by Nottingham Sailing Club last Sunday started slowly for the Attenborough fleet of seven, consisting of Duncan Adams, Roger Day, Kev Milton, Kev Last, Ray Kemish, Dave Bexson and Jill Reid. There would have been 8, but Paul Jago forgot to set his alarm clock.
The wind was inconsistent for the first race, but gradually improved after lunch for the remaining two races. The ASC sailors were cheered on by supporters from the shoreline; there were almost more ASC supporters than ASC sailors! At the end of the day, Nottingham SC came first, Attenborough SC second, and Trent Valley SC third. In the individual results, Duncan came third, Kev Milton sixth, Kev Last 14th, Ray 16th, Roger 17th, Jill 21st and Dave 26th . Overall, it was a great away event, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, despite the unreliable wind!

Thank you Jill, and thanks to all who turned up to sail and support.
