It was a great afternoon/evening sailing this Friday. Lots of people out on the water.
The weather was perfect for beginners and taster session. Light but not too light, from North East. The rain earlier on dried up nicely for the afternoon.
In the afternoon we had the usual Friday casual sailing with a number of people joining us who had recently completed the training course.
Then later was the next ASC taster session for the people who joined us at the Open Day.
Another record-breaking day for Friday casual sailing. 22 people sailing. 24 people in total on the water if you count the safety boat volunteers.
Thanks go to Louis, Ray and Andrew who took the people out for their taster sessions and Andrea and Malcolm who helped with the safety boat. But the safety boat wasn’t needed for any rescuing today.
And thanks to Yola for the great pictures.
And the evening was rounded off with a good number of people joining us for a drink and BBQ.
